SOFTWARE ENGINEER, IOS

Job Summary: 

We are looking for an iOS Developer in SWIFT who has an understanding of the mobile ecosystem, and services across the entire mobile application Design and Development Lifecycle and will work with our team of talented engineers to design and build the next generation of our mobile applications. A highly driven developer with a passion for mobile apps

Key Responsibilities: - 

• Working within the engineering team, specifically on the software design and development of iOS based mobile advanced applications and frameworks  
  

• Majorly focused on improving, reworking, and reimagining our mobile offerings to deliver a high-performance system and highly engaging UX 
  

• Design, build, and ship highly downloaded, consumer facing iOS apps with modern technologies to make our clients successful. 
  

• Provide technical expertise and direction within the iOS engineering team and for our business partners 
  

• Write solid and efficient code that is extensible and maintainable. 
  

• Maintain, document, and grow current products with a vision of how the product and architecture should evolve to adapt to new customer needs. 
  

• Research and recommend new mobile tools and applications. 
  

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. 
  

• Ability to translate concepts into User Interfaces on iOS platform and build for scalability, internationalization and performance. 
  

• Strive to continually improve technical and developmental skills 
  

Relevant Years of Work Experience: - 

• 3+ years’ experience on iOS platform with experience in SWIFT. 
  

• Should have worked at least on 3 IOS  Mobile applications 
  

• Has hands-on experience with unit testing, continuous delivery & Test automation 
  

• Solid understanding of the agile development process and experience with TDD is a plus 
  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: - 

• A deep familiarity with Swift, Objective-C and Cocoa Touch  
  

• Should have experience in Unit Testing using XCTest.  
  

• Experience working with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, Core Graphics, Core Text, UIWebKit / WKWebKit  
  

• Experience with third-party libraries and APIs is mandatory  
  

• Experience with embedded relational databases (SQLite) is mandatory  
  

• Experience on web service integration (SOAP, REST, JSON, XML)  
  

• iOS Design Patterns 
  

• Callbacks, Blocks, Closures, Delegates, and NSNotifications 
  

• Storyboards, Auto Layout, and Size Classes 
  

• Publishing an app through the AppStore 
  

• Strong Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms  
  

• Strong in Object Oriented Programming, and excellent grasp of Data.  
  

• Master of Apple’s development tools and development environments. 
  

• Self-starter eager to learn new technologies; enthusiastic about researching opportunities to grow and improve your skill set 
  

• Excellent communicator (written and oral), willing to help out a teammate and pitch in when needed on a team. 
  

• Independent in the work you do, but won’t hesitate to communicate when you need guidance 
  

• Nice to have Azure and Cloud solution experience 
  

• Experience in Retail or E-commerce domain is a plus 
  

• Experience in Point Of Sale domain preferred&
