Role Overview:

The Engineering Intern will support the development, testing, and maintenance of software solutions as part of a collaborative and agile development team. This role provides an opportunity to work on real-world projects, gaining hands-on experience with software development practices, coding standards, and cross-functional collaboration. The intern will contribute to initiatives that support the company's product roadmap and technical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the design, development, and testing of software features and enhancements.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior engineers.
• Support bug fixing and troubleshooting activities across various applications.
• Participate in code reviews, team stand-ups, and sprint planning sessions.
• Collaborate with QA and product teams to understand requirements and ensure quality.
• Help maintain and improve internal tools, APIs, or infrastructure components.
• Assist with technical documentation for new features, services, and tools.
• Learn and apply engineering best practices, including source control and continuous integration.
• Contribute to internal research and proof-of-concept development when applicable.
• Take initiative on assigned tasks and seek feedback to drive personal and professional growth

Required Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Solid foundation in one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with version control systems.
• Experience with web development frameworks or backend services.
• Exposure to agile software development methodologies.
• Understanding of databases, RESTful APIs, or cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Interest in contributing to enterprise-scale software solutions.
