This role is located in Boston, MA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain robust software solutions for seamless integrations with various internal and external systems.
- Engage in full-stack development to ensure comprehensive integration and functionality across all software layers.
- Collaborate with team members to address complex system-oriented challenges.
- Actively contribute to the enhancement of our software development practices and methodologies.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in cloud and software development, integrating them into our operations to drive innovation.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Proven experience in full-stack development.
- Proficient with Git, version control systems, and Linux environments.
- Skilled in object-oriented programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, etc.
- Familiar with various software development methodologies.
- Strong foundational knowledge in data structures, algorithms, and database systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills with a team-oriented mindset.
- Thrives in a dynamic, collaborative startup environment.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision and adaptable to changing priorities.
- Willing to engage in occasional travel as needed.
- Must have and maintain US work authorization.
- Available to start full-time work by September 2024.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with cloud technologies including cloud deployments.
- Familiarity with Docker and containerization technologies.
- Participation in 1-2 relevant industry internships.
- Experience with integrated development environments (IDEs) like Visual Studio Code, Eclipse, or IntelliJ.
The base salary for this position is $160,000 - $175,000, plus equity and comprehensive benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role and experience level. The range reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position in Boston, MA. Within the range, individual pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
