About The Role
As a Software Engineer III, you will play a key role in conducting research, designing solutions, and delivering software development assignments within a specific functional area or product line. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing individual components, solving complex problems, designing program flows, writing high-quality and efficient code, and performing thorough unit testing to ensure reliability and performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to refine and implement system requirements.
- Develop and review software components, ensuring code quality and reliability.
- Translate product requirements into effective software designs.
- Follow development processes, coding standards, and best practices, including participating in code reviews.
- Work effectively within Agile, Waterfall, or other development frameworks.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in software engineering (3+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in development languages such as C#, .NET, Java/J2EE, JavaScript, SQL, HTML, XML, or others.
- Experience working with complex data models and understanding data modeling principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with industry best practices for software development, testing, and documentation.
- Relevant degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
