About the Product & Engineering Team

About the Role
Join our team to build the world's best AI-powered agents, starting with SMS & Voice capabilities. We're seeking a self-driven engineer who thrives in autonomous environments and can drive real business impact from day one. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with LLMs and a passion for creating the AI agents of the future, with the ability to design and build cloud systems from scratch.
What You’ll Do
- Own all phases of the software development lifecycle including coding, code reviews, and system design
- Collaborate directly with business stakeholders to understand requirements, challenge assumptions, and build secure, scalable solutions that solve real problems from concept to deployment
- Build and deploy AI agents for SMS and voice applications, taking them from prototype to production to solve real customer and business challenges
- Design scalable, cost-effective solutions in a fast-moving environment
About You
- 4-6 years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong Python, Node.js, React, and SQL skills
- Experience building or working with AI agents (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, or similar tools)
- Someone who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment - working autonomously, owning projects end-to-end, and making direct impact without bureaucracy
Bonus Points if You Have
- Experience with modern data and AI tools: dbt, LangChain, LangSmith, LangGraph
- Background in building scalable AI/ML systems
