Position: Software Engineer III
Job Location: 640 W. California Avenue, Sunnyvale, CA 94086
Duties: Interact with stakeholders to analyze and understand business requirements, converting them into technical solutions. Collaborate with UX designers, back-end developers, business architects to build software products, ensuring a seamless user experience. Develop scalable, dynamic and extensible front-end components using ReactJS, Redux, HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Create highly scalable, maintainable and robust Application Programming Interfaces using NodeJS and C#. Follow Test driven development to write unit tests for the UI components and APIs using Jest, React Testing Library. Deploy applications to various cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, GCP leveraging the continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines. Troubleshoot open issues and bug fixes to enhance application stability and user experience, ensuring on-time delivery and hand-off. Follow Agile methodologies, participating in sprints, stand-ups to ensure continuous development and timely delivery.
Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area; OR Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Computer Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related area and 2 years of experience in software engineering or related area.
Skills required: Experience designing and implementing user interface (UI) using React and Angular front-end technologies. Experience developing Single page applications that run in modern browsers for responsive user experience. Experience coding in JavaScript and C# object-oriented programming languages. Experience designing and implementing REST Application Programming Interfaces (APIs) using NodeJs and C#. Experience deploying application code using Microsoft Azure or GCP cloud platforms. Experience following Test Driven Development to write unit tests for services and UI components. Experience utilizing GIT version control system. Experience collaborating with Developers, Business Analysts, Architects, quality Assurance teams to deliver new features. Experience reviewing code to ensure bug-free, maintainable, and highly scalable code. Employer will accept any amount of professional experience with the required skills.
Salary Range: $117,000/year to $234,000/year. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location) and Stock equity incentives.
