Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures or algorithms.
- 2 years of experience with machine learning algorithms and tools (e.g., TensorFlow), artificial intelligence, deep learning or natural language processing.
- Experience with Large Language Models, NLP, or Generative AI.
- Experience with modeling for LLM. Experience with the domain area of Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLM).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- 2 years of experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) research, or a related field.
- Experience developing accessible technologies.
- Familiarity with experimental design, research methodologies, qualitative and quantitative analysis.
- Excellent programming skills in C/C /Python/assembly.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,000-$200,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Responsibilities
- Write product or system development code.
- Participate in, or lead design reviews with peers and stakeholders to decide amongst available technologies.
- Explore the application of Machine Learning (ML) and LLMs to enhance vertical Search experiences.
- Conduct research and devise novel algorithms to guide product strategy.
- Develop infrastructure that enables product scalability.
