As a Software Engineer II you will be part of the Supply Chain Planning & Technology organization, supporting teams working on Demand and Supply Planning. You will collaborate with product managers, architects, senior engineers, business analysts, and global functional partners.
You will work on Demand and Supply planning problems and help solving them via o9 and custom applications. You will need to understand the business problems and find innovative solutions in technology ecosystem.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are seeking an O9 Engineer with hands‑on experience implementing and supporting O9 planning modules. You should have strong analytical skills, the ability to interpret business requirements, and experience configuring planning solutions in O9 or similar platforms.
Required Qualifications
3 to 4 years of experience in configuration or implementation of planning systems (O9 required).
Working knowledge of O9 data models, planning modules, UI/Workflow setups, and metric configuration.
Experience with O9 Modeler, Demand/Supply Planning configuration, data pipelines, and troubleshooting.
Experience of leveraging AI technologies like Cursor, co-pilot, Nova on o9 landscape to accelerate development and debugging.
Strong skills in SQL / PL‑SQL for data validation, mapping, and issue investigation.
Understanding supply chain & planning processes — Demand Planning preferred.
Ability to analyze business requirements and convert them into O9 configurations.
Basic experience with cloud technologies (Azure/AWS), APIs, or integrations is a plus.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum practices.
Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work with business and technical teams.
WHAT YOU’LL WORK ON
As a Software Engineer II , you will:
Configure, test, and support O9 planning modules based on functional requirements.
Implement metrics, cubes, dashboards, workflows, and business rules in O9.
Support data integration mapping, ensuring correct ingestion of master, transactional, and planning data.
Troubleshoot configuration issues, validate data accuracy, and perform root‑cause analysis.
Work with engineering teams to support O9-to-enterprise integrations (o9 → S4, o9 → BCL, etc.).
Participate in sprint planning, configuration development, unit testing, and UAT support.
Prepare documentation for configuration changes, test scenarios, and release notes.
Collaborate with product managers and senior engineers to refine requirements.
Ensure deployments follow established DevOps, CI/CD, and change‑control processes.
