Role Purpose
- Why this role matters: As a Software Engineer II(iOS), you will contribute to the design and development of scalable, intuitive iOS applications that power Beyond ONE's bold platform vision. Your work will help build seamless digital experiences for millions of users in high-growth markets while deepening our team's capabilities in iOS engineering.
- What success looks like: In your first year, you’ll help build and release critical app features across multiple regional brands, write clean and high-performance Swift code, and collaborate with designers and backend teams to ensure pixel-perfect UI and smooth integration.

Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
- Design, develop, and maintain user-facing features for iOS applications using Swift and other modern frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to build seamless, functional mobile experiences.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code while adhering to best practices and internal coding standards.
- Support the full application lifecycle from solution design through to deployment and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose bugs, resolve performance issues, and optimize applications for maximum speed, responsiveness, and reliability.
- Participate in regular code reviews, contributing to a shared culture of quality and continual improvement.
- Stay current with iOS development trends and contribute ideas for continuous product and process evolution.
Qualifications & Attributes
We’re seeking someone who embodies the following:
- Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Experience:3-7years of hands-on experience in iOS development with a track record of contributing to high-quality, consumer-facing applications.
- Technical Skills:
○ Must-haves: Proficient in Swift and iOS SDK; solid understanding of UIKit, SwiftUI, RESTful API integration, version control (Git), and working knowledge of App Store deployment processes.
○ Nice-to-haves: Exposure to CI/CD pipelines, familiarity with Firebase or other cloud services, and basic testing using XCTest or similar tools. - Unique Attributes:
○ Thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional teams and enjoys collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds.
○ Brings curiosity and a passion for learning newer iOS frameworks and tools.
