Honeywell is seeking a Senior Advanced Software Engineer to support the development, deployment, and sustainment of digital solutions that drive operational excellence, productivity, and business transformation across Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) and enterprise functions.
In this role, you will leverage your expertise in software development, enterprise applications, databases, cloud technologies, and business systems integration to develop scalable solutions that improve business performance, enable data-driven decision making, and accelerate digitization initiatives. You will partner closely with business stakeholders, ISC leaders, IT teams, and functional experts to identify opportunities, translate requirements into technical solutions, and drive continuous improvement through automation and digital technologies.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy web-based applications, APIs, and digital solutions supporting business and operational objectives.
- Partner with ISC, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Finance, and functional teams to define requirements and implement technology solutions.
- Develop and maintain databases, analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that improve business visibility and decision making.
- Support ERP administration, integrations, data migration, configuration, and user enablement activities.
- Lead application and data integrations between enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and business applications.
- Drive process automation and digitization initiatives aligned with Honeywell Accelerator and Continuous Improvement principles.
- Administer and support cloud environments, collaboration tools, and enterprise information systems.
- Ensure compliance with Honeywell cybersecurity, data governance, and application lifecycle management standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues while maintaining high levels of system reliability and user satisfaction.
- Influence stakeholders and provide technical leadership on digital transformation projects.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical discipline.
- Significant experience in software development, database administration, and enterprise applications.
- Experience with web application development and API integration technologies.
- Strong knowledge of SQL databases, data modeling, and data management practices.
- Experience supporting ERP and business systems in a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Experience working with cloud-based solutions and modern application architectures.
