Job DescriptionWe are seeking a talented Software Engineer, Fullstack - Payments Experience to join our dynamic team in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining robust, scalable, and secure payment solutions that enhance our customers' experience.
- Design, develop, and implement fullstack solutions for our payments platform
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate payment systems and improve user experience
- Optimize application performance and scalability to handle high-volume transactions
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive financial data
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in the payment ecosystem
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the payments industry
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to best practices and coding standards
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge within the team
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Backend Skills
- 2+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack web applications and distributed systems.
- Expertise in Golang, focusing on concurrency and optimization techniques.
- Practical experience with distributed systems, streaming services, and queuing models.
- Proficiency in relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (DynamoDB, ScyllaDB).
- Background in site reliability tasks, such as monitoring, capacity planning, and managing large-scale web services.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and system internals.
Frontend Skills (Bonus)
- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Knowledge of frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Svelte.
- Understanding of concepts like responsive design, accessibility, state management (e.g., Redux), and progressive web applications.
Full Stack & DevOps
- Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and real-time data handling.
- Working knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
