SpAItial is pioneering the development of a frontier 3D foundation model, pushing the boundaries of AI, computer vision, and spatial computing. Our mission is to redefine how industries — from robotics and AR/VR to gaming and movies — generate and interact with 3D content.
We’re seeking a Full Stack Engineer to help build our first public-facing product, working across the stack to deliver seamless user experiences powered by our cutting-edge models. You’ll create interactive applications that showcase our 3D foundation model and build internal tools to support evaluation and experimentation. This role is ideal for an engineer who loves working at the intersection of beautiful user-facing products and technical AI integration.
Responsibilities
Build and deploy interactive 3D web applications powered by SpAItial’s foundation model.
Develop APIs and backend services to connect applications with model inference endpoints.
Collaborate with infrastructure engineers and researchers to integrate models into products.
Create internal dashboards and tools to monitor, evaluate, and showcase model outputs.
Ensure reliability, scalability, and performance across front-end and back-end systems.
Key Qualifications
2+ years professional experience in full-stack application development.
Strong front-end development experience with modern frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue).
Backend engineering experience with Node.js or Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI).
Proficiency in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), containers, and orchestration.
Familiarity with deploying applications that consume ML model inference (Sagemaker, Hugging Face, Replicate, Fal, etc.).
Experience with databases (SQL and NoSQL) and API design/integration.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with WebGL, THREE.js, or other web 3D libraries.
Prior exposure to ML-driven applications or real-time inference systems.
Interest in interactive 3D/AR/VR experiences.
