This requires new cryptographic primitives, a zero-knowledge DSL for writing contracts, a privacy-friendly execution environment, a carefully designed set of circuits that prove the validity of the chain to L1, a decentralized block-building and proving mechanism, and a top-tier user and developer experience. And it’s now time to bring it to market.

Role Focus:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Engineer with expertise in modern development tools and a passion for the intricacies of decentralized applications. You will work across our tech stack, from backend services to blockchain integrations and web interfaces. A focus on improving developer workflows, system reliability, and deployment processes will be key to your success.
Key Responsibilities:Developer Experience:
- Identify and address pain points in the developer experience to enhance productivity.
- Refine internal tools and workflows to improve efficiency.
Build Systems:
- Optimize build pipelines for faster compile and test cycles.
- Implement scalable solutions to support growing codebases.
Continuous Integration (CI):
- Maintain and evolve our CI/CD systems to ensure a seamless engineering experience.
- Troubleshoot build and deployment failures and provide long-term solutions.
Deployment:
- Design and maintain robust, scalable, and secure deployment pipelines for Web3 applications.
- Ensure seamless and reliable integration of blockchain components in deployments.
Metrics and Observability:
- Develop and maintain metrics to benchmark performance across the stack.
- Implement tools to visualize and analyze key performance indicators.
Web3 and Blockchain Development:
- Collaborate on the integration of zk-SNARKs, smart contracts, and decentralized protocols.
- Ensure compatibility and seamless functionality of Web3 APIs and libraries.
Collaboration:
- Engage with team leads to identify and address bottlenecks in devops and developer workflows.
- Contribute to cross-functional discussions around feature development and system architecture.
To Be Effective in the Role:
- A deep understanding of Web3 technologies, including blockchain frameworks, decentralized networks, and zk-SNARKs.
- Proficiency in identifying inefficiencies and creating streamlined solutions for developer and production environments.
- Strong communication skills to engage proactively with stakeholders and team leads.
- Ability to balance self-direction with alignment to team objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in C++, Rust, and TypeScript.
- Experience with WASM and modern web development frameworks.
- Familiarity with Web3 libraries and tools, such as web3.js, ethers.js, or Polkadot.js.
- Expertise in containerization and orchestration tools, including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Knowledge of decentralized identity solutions, token standards (e.g., ERC-20, ERC-721), and blockchain development best practices.
- Understanding of zk-circuit development and compilers like Noir (or willingness to learn).
