About the Role
This position is to complete and design Vehicle/IOC software for infotainment system. IOC function main includes Power Mode, IOC Application, CAN network and Diagnostic etc.
What You Will Do
- Responsible IOC software development and design.
- AUTOSAR/ NON-AUTOSAR based MCU / IOC SW Platform design and development for Telematics project and products.
- Low level driver development under AUTOSAR/NON-AUTOSAR based MCU/IOC SW platform. Cooperate with AME team to finish EOL test.
- Cooperated with Global team to develop IOC/MCU APP, Peripherals device drivers or Complex driver (CDD) under AUTOSAR. Architecture (UART IPC/SPI IPC etc).
- Cooperated with SOC SW team to finish function development. Support hardware team to complete EMC test.
- Provide essential support to customers
What You Need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Around 3 years of experience in C/C++ programming.
- Familiar with at least one kind of mainstream MCU (Renesas RH850, NXP S32K or other Cortex-M core chips are highly preferred).
- Good knowledge or interesting in RTOS.
- Ability to work with engineering metrics and dashboards to identify improvement opportunities.
- Comfortable contributing code, scripts, or tooling as part of day‑to‑day engineering work.\

- Participation in Open Source community.
- Automotive industry and TS16949/QS9000 compliant work experience.
- Interest in developer experience, productivity, and engineering effectiveness.
- Willingness to learn and experiment with new tools and approaches under guidance.
