Software Engineer - Data Infrastructure

Your future role within QRT:

• Design and build the platform end-to-end, including backend services, APIs, and user interfaces
• Develop automations, approval workflows, and comprehensive audit trails in a highly autonomous engineering environment
• Work closely with internal users to understand their needs and deliver high-impact, practical solutions

Your present skillset:

• You learn fast and enjoy diving deep into complex systems
• You have strong attention to detail, in code, UX, and system design
• You design solutions that are simple, scalable, and easy to evolve
• You take ownership and drive initiatives across teams rather than waiting for direction
• Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, Go, Rust, C++, Java, etc.), with a willingness to learn Rust if you haven’t used it yet
• Experience with infrastructure tooling (Kubernetes, Terraform) is a plus
