Responsibilities
Develop, test and support data integration, cleansing, and enrichment projects, leveraging proven technical expertise.
Work closely with Product Managers and Software Engineers, and participate in scrum and sprint planning meetings.
Stay at the forefront of technological advancements by continuously learning and working with different technologies and tools while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with stakeholders.
Maintain a problem-solving mindset and adapt to changing business dynamics and project requirements.
Exhibit exceptional technical expertise by developing and supporting software, including applications, database integration, interfaces, and new functionality enhancements.
Be willing to learn and adapt to new technologies, languages, and frameworks.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or tertiary qualification in Software Engineering, Computer Science, a related field or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5-9 years of proven software engineering experience in C# and .NET (versions 4-8).
Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and a solid understanding of Stored Procedures.
Experience with interpreted languages like PHP or Python
Experience in managing large-scale, complex data integration solutions, data mining, and data cleansing.
Hands-on experience using version control tools (Git)
Experience with agile software development methodologies.
Strong collaboration skills, problem-solving skills, and a data-driven approach.
Enthusiastic, autonomous, and self-motivated with a willingness to learn new technologies and develop.
Team-oriented, with excellent organizational and communication skills.
Good to Have
Experience with API development in REST or GraphQL
Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms
Experience in data integration and CRM systems, especially Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
Experience with Visual Basic Applications
Experience with React
Experience working in financial services, banking, or similar sectors
Work Location & Schedule
Amenable in working at Makati City on a dayshift schedule.
Amenable to go on a hybrid working arrangement (at least 3 days work onsite per week)
