As a Software Engineer on the Product team, you'll build the features that make Warp indispensable. This isn't a siloed frontend or backend role. You'll work full-stack across our entire product surface, interface directly with customers, spec features alongside the team, and ship things that matter. One week you're building HRIS workflows, the next you're wiring up an AI agent that automates something a customer used to do manually.
What You'll DoBuild and own product features across Warp's full surface: HRIS, payroll, benefits, IT, Warp AI agents, and more
Work full-stack: schema design, backend services, and polished frontends
Interface directly with customers and the sales team to understand pain points and turn them into product
Collaborate directly with the CTO and CEO
Help us scale 10x in the next year
Are product-minded with a strong eye for user experience
Love programming and obsess over details
Can move fast without leaving a mess
Are comfortable talking to customers and translating feedback into product

Experience building full-stack applications
