- Ability to build end-to-end systems that leverage modern AI models as components
- Proven track record of strong ownership across products and projects
- World-class engineering or scientific ability; exceptional builder mindset
- Willingness to work intensively and be highly hands-on (not a 9-5 role)
- Must be able to work in-person 5 days per week in San Francisco or Miami
