Responsibilities:
- Develop new user interfaces using Angular 16.
- Update and migrate existing AngularJS user interfaces to Angular 16.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Mandatory requirements:
- Proven experience as a frontend software engineer specializing in Angular development (3-5 years).
- Strong proficiency in Angular 16.
- Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous programming.
- Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Optional requirements:
- Experience with other frontend frameworks or libraries, such as React or Vue.js.
- Knowledge of TypeScript and RxJS.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
- Experience with testing frameworks, such as Jasmine or Karma.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
- Previous experience in a similar role or industry.
Tech stack:
- Frontend: AngularJS (legacy), Angular 16 (newer UI's).
- Backend: NodeJS, PHP (remaining tied to the LAMP stack).
- Database: MongoDB.
- Infrastructure: AWS (EC2 and ECS servers), Ubuntu.
