Software Engineer - AI

We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our Technology team. You'll work closely with the Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to build AI-powered systems, developer tools, and intelligent workflows that power both our games and internal operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent technical discipline

• Experience building and shipping AI-powered products or workflows end-to-end, with a strong sense of ownership from ideation to deployment

• Strong understanding of backend architectures, LLMs, AI agents, and modern software development practices

• Strong product mindset with the ability to balance technical excellence and business impact

• Ownership mentality with excellent collaboration and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI agents, orchestration frameworks, RAG, vector databases, or AI developer tooling

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain AI-powered systems for our games and internal tools

• Develop scalable backend services leveraging LLMs, AI agents, and orchestration workflows

• Rapidly prototype new ideas, validate them, and evolve them into production-ready solutions

• Build AI-driven workflows for content generation, automation, developer productivity, and knowledge retrieval

• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Growth, and Art teams to solve real-world problems using AI

• Own the performance, reliability, scalability, and observability of AI systems end-to-end

• Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies and continuously evaluate new models, tools, and approaches
