Join our engineering team to design, build, and deliver next-generation cloud-native solutions for our Core Management Systems. This role offers the opportunity to work across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture and development to automation, deployment, and operational excellence. You will play a key role in building scalable distributed systems, driving engineering best practices, and leveraging modern technologies, including AI-powered automation, to create resilient and high-performing software solutions.
Responsibilities- Own the end-to-end design, development, delivery, and lifecycle management of cloud-native Core Management System solutions, ensuring scalability, resilience, and operational excellence.
- Lead the architecture and implementation of distributed systems components, microservices, and platform components, driving technical decisions and engineering best practices across the team.
- Champion a quality-first engineering culture by driving test automation, continuous testing, code quality, reliability engineering, and DevSecOps practices throughout the software lifecycle.
- Design, implement, and optimize CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, observability, and Kubernetes-based cloud-native platforms to improve delivery velocity and system reliability.
- Leverage AI-powered development tools, agentic automation frameworks, and engineering productivity solutions to accelerate software delivery, improve quality, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Provide technical leadership, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully deliver high-quality software solutions aligned with product and business objectives.
- In the extended role as a Scrum Master of a SAFe agile team, you'll help the team to plan and execute in delivering the team's objectives as per the commitments.
You have:
- Engineering Degree with 8+ years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native, distributed software systems using Golang and microservices-based architectures.
- Strong expertise in Kubernetes, including deployments, troubleshooting, scaling, CRDs, Operators, Helm, and OpenShift-based platform engineering.
- Candidates with prior product software development experience in the OAM/FCAPS or EMS/NMS or Core Network domain will be preferred.
- Hands-on experience with Kafka, event-driven architectures, large-scale telemetry/data ingestion pipelines, and high-volume distributed systems.
- Strong knowledge of ClickHouse, VictoriaMetrics, MariaDB, and performance optimization of data-intensive applications and platforms.
- Proven experience with observability and monitoring technologies, including OpenTelemetry (OTLP), OpAMP, PromQL/VMQL, metrics, logs, traces, and automated RCA frameworks.
- Strong experience in CI/CD, DevOps, test automation, quality engineering, Jenkins, and software reliability practices across the delivery lifecycle, with experience leveraging AI-powered development tools, Agentic AI frameworks, and engineering automation.
Nice to have:
- Candidates with prior Scrum Master experience are preferred.

Skills Required
- Engineering degree
- 8+ years of experience designing, developing, and delivering cloud-native distributed software systems
