What You’ll do:
 As part of the Core Lottery Platform team, you will play a key role in the design, development, and maintenance of software solutions for multiple games and markets. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with the Architecture team to implement technical frameworks and guidelines, ensuring business flows are correctly applied across different game types and jurisdictions during the delivery phase;
• Designing, developing, and implementing software systems in line with functional requirements, technical standards, and best practices;
• Maintaining and improving the existing codebase, ensuring code quality, performance, and scalability;
• Contributing to the stability of applications by supporting the monitoring and maintenance of production environments;
• Responding promptly to alerts, identifying root causes, and resolving issues to minimize operational impact.
   

What you’ll bring:

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Software Engineer;
• A solid understanding of software architecture principles, particularly in Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture (EDA), and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA);
• Proficiency in Java 17/21 and have hands-on experience with frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring MVC, and Spring JDBC;
• Experience working with message brokers such as Apache ActiveMQ;
• You are comfortable building and deploying containers using Docker and Kubernetes;
• Good working knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices;
• Strong analytical thinking and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Fluency in Italian and English is required, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
