We are hiring on behalf of a leading global technology company seeking an experienced Software Development Manager to lead engineering efforts on high-impact international expansion initiatives. Lead and define the team’s long-term technical strategy and architecture.
Own major deliverables end-to-end, driving the software development life cycle from planning through deployment.
Collaborate with product managers to create strategic roadmaps that deliver value to customers.
Work closely with senior engineers to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
Enforce engineering best practices across design, documentation, development, testing, and operations.
Manage project planning, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment.
Maintain operational excellence in production environments.
Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship within an agile team setup.
Requirements
6+ years of software engineering experience, including full ownership of system development
2+ years of engineering management experience leading high-performing teams
2+ years of leading the definition and development of multi tier web services experience
Solid understanding of the full software/hardware/network lifecycle, including version control, code reviews, CI/CD, and production monitoring
Experience working closely with product and program management teams
Strong communication skills for interacting with cross-functional teams and senior leadership
Experience in recruiting, mentoring, and developing engineering teams
Strategic thinker with the ability to drive product direction and technical innovation
Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams through complex challenges
