Project Role Description : Develop and configure software systems either end-to-end or for a specific stage of product lifecycle. Apply knowledge of technologies, applications, methodologies, processes and tools to support a client, project or entity.

Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will engage in the development and configuration of software systems, either managing the entire process or focusing on specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your day will involve applying your knowledge of various technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects and clients effectively, ensuring that the software meets the required standards and specifications while collaborating with team members to drive project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Ansible Architects who would be installing, configuring, maintaining new AAP cluster they would be creating. So experienced Linux Engineer, who needs experience on working on tool installation/configuration and also has idea about the ansible automation platform. - Ansible Developers who would be creating reusable playbooks, roles and framework for their server patching, configurations etc. Need ansible playbook develops with Linux experience. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a culture of continuous improvement. - Mentor junior professionals to help them develop their skills and grow within the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Ansible Developers who would be creating reusable playbooks, roles and framework for their server patching, configurations etc. Need ansible playbook develops with Linux experience. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Mentor junior team members to foster their professional growth.
