Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, either end-to-end or for specific stages of the product lifecycle. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that the software solutions meet client requirements, applying your expertise in technologies and methodologies to enhance project outcomes, and guiding your team through the complexities of software development processes. You will also engage in problem-solving activities, ensuring that the solutions provided are effective and efficient, while maintaining a focus on quality and client satisfaction. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities and foster a collaborative environment. - Monitor project progress and provide guidance to ensure alignment with strategic objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Siemens Teamcenter. - Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices. - Experience with system integration and configuration management. - Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions. - Familiarity with project management tools and techniques. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Siemens Teamcenter. - This position is based at our Pune office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
