Dark Wolf Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Developer Lead to join our team. As a key leader, you will champion development quality, tackle the most complex coding challenges, and ensure adherence to secure coding practices. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the development vision and fostering a culture of excellence within the team.

Responsibilities:
- Institute and enforce development quality standards, ensuring code is robust, maintainable, and secure.
- Take on the most challenging coding assignments, demonstrating expertise and setting the bar for the team.
- Perform rigorous code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring adherence to coding standards and security best practices.
- Establish a clear development vision for the team, aligning with project goals and leveraging the latest technologies.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering their growth and development.
- Lead developers in a DevSecOps environment, integrating security considerations throughout the development lifecycle.
- Lead coding and technical reviews, ensuring code quality, security, and adherence to architectural guidelines.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the latest development and data management techniques, driving innovation within the team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technical degree plus five years of experience.
- 5+ years of experience developing applications using modern coding languages.
- Deep understanding of the latest development and data management techniques.
- Ability to establish a compelling development vision for the team.
- 3+ years of experience leading coding and technical reviews.
- 3+ years of experience leading developers in a DevSecOps environment.
- TS/SCI security clearance (Required).
- Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification (Preferred).
- US Citizenship and an active DoD Top Secret/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph
The salary range for this position is estimated to be between $150,000.00 - $190,000.00, commensurate on experience and technical skillset.
