Program Overview

McKesson’s Intern program is designed to provide:

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Software Development Intern focused on QA automation. You'll work on improving testing using AI tools to ensure high-quality software. Perfect for those passionate about transforming development with AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate AI Tools: Work with senior developers to explore AI for QA automation.
• Automate Testing: Help design and maintain automated test scripts with AI.
• Improve Coverage: Use AI to enhance test coverage and find testing gaps.
• Analyze Data: Assist in analyzing test results and preparing reports.
• Problem Solving: Participate in brainstorming to improve testing.
• Framework Improvement: Help refine and strengthen test automation frameworks.

Qualifications:

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential task satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required for this position.

• Student enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program, graduating or in the 3rd year (software engineering, software development, computer science, or IT related field)
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Python
• Experience with Database- SQL
• Exposure to AI tools, specifically Generative AI & Prompt
• C# experience is a plus.
