You’ll join Mobile Security Engineering team in Japan and communicate with global team like US and India. The team is encouraged to be curious about new technology, introduce new solutions and learn skills actively. Contribution to the team is crucial to maximize the outcomes.
This is a remote/hybrid position in Japan. We will only consider candidates currently in Japan and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
- Define target specification and design architecture of security feature with the team
- Organize development plan and execute it in agile style
- Develop new features or improve existing components with adopting secure implementation and industry best practices.
- Work with testing engineers to provide reliable, high-quality products.
- Release the product and monitor the efficiency of the product in the field.
- Support team members to maximize team’s outcome
- Work with associated teams and customers in the development cycle.
- Propose creative solution ideas and improvements.
About you:
- Communicating inside the team and across various teams actively for better achievement.
- Self-management skills to keep work progressing in accordance with the plan.
- Passion for learning skills like software development and communication.
- Curious about new technology and solutions. Proposing new ideas as a habitat.
- Flexible in learning and accepting new solutions and best practices every day.
- Programming and software product development experience of low-level language like C/C++. Knowledge and experience of mobile platform software development like Android/Java, networking programing and Machine Learning/AI are a plus.
- Native level Japanese for communication in Japan team.
- English reading/writing are essential. Business level communication skills are an advantage for collaboration with global teams.
