We’re looking for talented Generative AI Software Development Engineers to join our team and shape the future of how small businesses harness AI to drive success. In this role, you’ll work on designing and building AI-driven features and systems that redefine the customer experience, utilizing state-of-the-art Generative AI technologies.

What you'll get to do...

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable Generative AI models and applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into GoDaddy’s product ecosystem.
• Experiment with advanced AI and ML techniques to solve complex problems, including natural language processing, image generation, and personalized customer experiences.
• Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.
•  Ensure the ethical use of AI by adhering to best practices in fairness, accountability, and transparency.
• Stay ahead of the latest trends in Generative AI and identify opportunities to apply emerging technologies to our products.

Your experience should include...

• Proven experience in software development and deploying AI/ML solutions, with a focus on Generative AI (e.g., GPT, diffusion models, or similar).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or other relevant languages; experience with frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
• Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, deep learning models, and Generative AI techniques like transformers, GANs, or VAEs.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience deploying Generative AI models in production.
• Familiarity with MLOps practices, including model lifecycle management and versioning.
• Knowledge of data pipelines, feature engineering, and large-scale data processing.
