Key Responsibilities:

Lead Manufacturing System Development:​ Follow standardized development processes to lead or participate in project development for manufacturing systems (such as MES, SCADA, WMS, CMMS, etc.), including software design, coding, code reviews, application of standards, and testing.

Business Analysis and Design:​ Deeply understand factory business needs and processes (such as production planning, process routing, quality control, equipment management, etc.), and provide targeted application support, analysis, and design solutions.

System Integration and Testing:​ Coordinate the design, development, and testing of new applications and system interfaces (such as ERP and MES integration, equipment data collection).

Documentation Preparation and Review:​ Prepare, review, and approve relevant technical documents, including requirements analysis, system design, unit test plans, release notes, and user guides.

Requirements Gathering:​ Communicate with factory business departments (production, operations, quality, etc.) and internal/external customers to clarify system requirements and necessary functional improvements.

Cross-department Collaboration:​ Collaborate efficiently with other technical teams and business partners to drive project implementation.

Technology Innovation:​ Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies to continuously optimize manufacturing system architecture and performance.

Requirements:

Core Technical Stack:​ Proficient in .NET development framework and C# programming language; proficient in Python and/or Java, with multi-language development capabilities.

Domain Knowledge:​ Deep understanding of factory production manufacturing business processes (such as discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing). Experience with MES (Manufacturing Execution System), ERP, or related manufacturing system integration is preferred.

Database and Web Technologies:​ Possess solid database operation skills and proficient in SQL; familiar with WPF, App, and Web development technologies.

Comprehensive Competencies:​

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, handle multiple tasks efficiently, and maintain teamwork;

Highly flexible and able to quickly adapt to changes in business requirements and schedules;

Demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking;

Possess excellent presentation and reporting skills, and can respond to questions from all parties with ease;

Pay attention to details and be rigorous and conscientious.

Good English reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills, and be able to read and understand English technical documentation.

Education and Work Experience:

Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science or related majors (experience may be substituted for educational requirements).

At least 5 years or more of software development experience (manufacturing IT background is preferred).
