Summary:
As a Software Development Engineer, a typical day involves analyzing various application components to understand their structure and functionality. The role includes designing solutions tailored to client requirements, writing and testing code to ensure quality and performance, and maintaining existing applications by implementing enhancements or resolving issues. Collaboration with team members and stakeholders is a continuous part of the work, ensuring that the applications meet evolving business needs and operate efficiently across different client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver effective software solutions.
- Document technical specifications and maintain clear records of development activities.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Experience in managing and troubleshooting PeopleSoft environments to ensure optimal system performance.
- Knowledge of application lifecycle management including deployment, patching, and upgrades within PeopleSoft.
- Ability to monitor system health and perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent downtime.
- Familiarity with database management and integration techniques related to PeopleSoft applications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
