SDETとしてお客様に最適なテストオートメーションを提案・提供します。
より高速・安定・堅牢なテストオートメーションの実装に向け、日々更新されるQAテクノロジーをキャッチアップする熱意と技術力が求められます。
・最適なテストオートメーション戦略の提案
（テスト自動化だけではなく、導入効果の高いテストスイーツの定義、データ管理やDevOpsパイプライン設計も含む）
・APIテストオートメーションの設計・開発・保守
・UIテストオートメーションの設計・開発・保守
＜プロンプト・エンジニア for SDET＞
プロンプト・エンジニアとして従来の品質保証に対しLLMを用いた品質保証ソリューションの開発を推進します。
このポジションには要望や課題を解決する為のアルゴリズム設計からプログラム実装・展開まで行う技術力と熱意が求められます。
・プロンプトエンジニアリングを用い設計評価・分析、ソースコード生成や品質予測・分析など実施し、品質保証の技術化を促進

◆応募要件
＜SDET(Software Development Engineer in Test) ＞
・WebやMobileアプリケーション、API開発いずれかの実務経験が２年以上
・JavaもしくはC#によるプログラミング実務経験が3年以上
・品質保証の実務経験が１年以上、もしくはISTQB/JSTQB資格を所持している事
＜プロンプト・エンジニア for SDET＞
・Python / Java / JavaScriptのプログラミング経験が2年以上
・機械学習・AI、特に自然言語処理（NLP)の基礎知識
・データ分析やパターン認識の経験
◆望ましい経験・スキル
＜SDET(Software Development Engineer in Test) ＞
・テストフレームワーク（Selenium WebDriverやPlaywright、Appium、Cypress.io、Rest-assured.io等）を用いたテスト自動化開発および保守の経験
・スクリプト言語（Python / PowerShell / JavaScript等）の理解
・CI/CDパイプライン設計・実装経験
・TOEIC700点以上、もしくはIELTS General Module 6.0以上
・Cloud資格（AWS/GCP/Azure）の所持
＜プロンプト・エンジニア for SDET＞
・ソフトウェアテストや品質保証の経験
・KaggleやSignateなどのデータサイエンスコンペティションでの入賞経験
・プロンプトエンジニアリングの実務経験やポートフォリオ

Skills Required
- Web or Mobile or API development experience (2+ years)
- Java or C# programming experience (3+ years)
- Quality assurance experience (1+ year) or ISTQB/JSTQB certification
- Python or Java or JavaScript programming experience (2+ years)

- Data analysis or pattern recognition experience
