What You’ll Work On
- Core AI-driven systems for risk scoring, delay prediction, and document generation
- Real-time tracking systems for vehicles, ETAs, and routing
- Credit and underwriting pipelines that run continuously on high value enterprise deals.
- Applications used daily by thousands of vendors and customers
- Automated generation of documentation, audit trails and smart contracts.
- You’ll work in a small team with a strong focus on shipping, ownership, and scalability.
What You’ll Do
- Design and build AI first applications using Node.js, or Python among other major programming languages.
- Build and optimize APIs and workflows that handle high throughput and low latency
- Participate in system design decisions around data models, queues, caching, and reliability
- Set up testing, monitoring, and performance tracking
- Own services end-to-end in production - from development to debugging
What We Look For
- 4+ years of Strong fundamentals in backend development and distributed systems
- Experience working with cloud infrastructure and real-time data systems
- Ability to simplify complex operational workflows into reliable software
- Comfort working in a fast-moving engineering environment
- Top tier bachelors or masters degree in engineering from top institutes only. Computer science background is preferred.
- Demonstrated ownership and core product contributions
