DANA Indonesia is currently looking for a skilled and highly motivated Software Development Engineer (Backend) to join our Lifestyle team!
As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and maintenance of our e-wallet platform, focusing on leveraging your expertise in Java, Spring, and Spring Boot technologies. Working alongside experienced engineers, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the enhancement of our flagship product, with a specific focus on addressing the needs of the unbanked and underbanked communities. Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement software solutions using Java, Spring, and Spring Boot technologies.
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to coding standards and best practices, and conduct thorough unit testing to ensure software reliability.
- Participate in all stages of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to implementation, testing, and deployment.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand user needs and requirements, and translate them into technical solutions that address the unique challenges of the unbanked and underbanked populations.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues reported by users or identified during testing, and collaborate with team members to implement effective solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our software development processes and tools.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of hands-on experience in software development, with a focus on Java, Spring, and Spring Boot technologies.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL).
- Familiarity with front-end development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
