Software Development Architect

ValGenesis is looking for an experienced product engineering/development architect who could join our cloud product engineering team to architect and design the next-gen applications for our global customers. If you are a technology enthusiast and have a passion for architecting highly scalable and highly performant enterprise cloud products, we are eager to discuss with you the potential role.

Responsibilities

• Architect/Design as per the business requirements, and technology landscape.
• Implement and Demonstrate POCs/Technical Solution Approach using the combination of open source, closed source, and commercial technology/toolset.
• Participate in the complete development life cycle with agile principles as the tech go-to person.
• Review the architecture/design/code of self and others.
• Architect the enterprise platform and application features/services with micro services, and micro frontend patterns, using Azure cloud services, C# .NET Core, ReactJS, PostGres, etc, considering DevSecOps principles.
• Own and be accountable for the Performance, Scalability, Reliability, and Sustainability of the platform/product architecture.
• Strive for self-excellence along with mentoring, enabling the success of the development/engineering teams.

• 12+ years of hands-on experience in architecting and developing enterprise/cloud software products
• Strong knowledge of Microservices, Micro-Frontend architecture
• Extensive experience with C#, .NET Core, Azure Cloud Services, and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps or GitHub actions
• Working knowledge of the JS frameworks – React, Angular, etc
• Strong experience in container-based development, AKS, Docker, Container Registry, Service Fabric etc
• Strong experience in messaging queue systems like RabbitMQ, Kafka
• Strong experience in Azure Services like Azure Kubernetes Services, API Management Service, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure service bus, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions
• Strong experience in databases (any 1 is mandatory) like SQL Server, and PostgreSQL and knowledge of BI solutions.
• Good Knowledge of Code Quality, Code Monitoring, Performance Engineering, and Test Automation Tools
