Responsibilities :
- Software development of applications and solutions
- Data visualization and analysis of various available datasets
- Critical problem-solving discussions
- Collaborating and strategizing with different teams
- Learning new skills while working on a project
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology and other related fields
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering with focus on data-related technologies, preferred
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, Java, and MS Power Tools (BI, Automate)
- Experience transforming raw data into structured formats (e.g., cleaning, filtering, aggregating, or joining datasets)
- Familiarity with data warehousing systems, machine learning workflows, and working experience with data science teams, highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-initiative, problem solving and analytical skills - the ability to analyze complex data or issue challenges and develop effective solutions
- Strong ownership and accountability to deliver project milestones on time and with excellent quality
- Adaptability to new technologies and change due to business decisions moving forward
- Commitment to continuous learning and improvement
