In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Perform software development activities using established development practices; following design and coding standards, code reviews, code versioning, continuous builds, unit/integration testing, & deployments.
- Provide technical expertise and recommendations in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing software systems
- Assist in the creation of system design and functional specifications for new development projects
- Investigate and resolve application functionality, related issues, and provide first level support/troubleshooting of our software systems
- Handle support inquiries and escalates as necessary, effectively present technical information in one-on-one and small group situations, and produce technical documentation for new and existing applications
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, IT, or related field OR equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
- 3+ years of experience as a software developer or IT systems professional
- 5+ years of experience with an object-oriented programming language
- Proficiency with current relational database products, especially MS-SQL
- Familiarity with good programming practices and test-driven development
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Experience with C# or VB
- Experience creating and maintaining APIs (SOAP, WCF, REST) using a service-oriented architecture
- Experience with Agile and other project management methodologies

The salary range for this role is $95,000 - $110,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
