We are looking for a talented and experienced Software Developer Specialist join our team and contribute to the development and enhancement of our Digital & Innovation Department.

As a Software Developer specializing in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), you are responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance web content management solutions and digital experiences using AEM. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end and back-end developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers, to deliver scalable, user-friendly digital experiences. Your focus will be on building custom AEM components, templates, and workflows while ensuring integration with other enterprise systems.

What you'll do:

  • Development: You design, develop, and maintain web applications using Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). You build robust content management systems (CMS) solutions tailored to meet the business needs while ensuring they are scalable and maintainable.

  • AEM Component Development: You create custom AEM components, templates, and workflows, utilizing HTL (HTML Template Language). You ensure that these components are reusable, optimized for performance, and can integrate with other systems.

  • AEM Backend Development: You work on the AEM back-end development, including writing Java code to handle content delivery, workflows, and server-side logic. You also configure AEM CRX repository for content storage and management.

  • Front-End Development: You develop the front-end of the application using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript to ensure that the digital experience is responsive and user-friendly across multiple devices and platforms.

  • API Integration: You integrate RESTful APIs to connect AEM with third-party services and back-end systems, enabling seamless data flow between systems. You also work with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, and other Adobe technologies to personalize content and track user behavior.

  • Performance Optimization: You optimize AEM solutions for performance, ensuring fast content delivery, reduced page load times, and high availability. This includes caching strategies, content delivery networks (CDNs), and server optimizations.

  • Quality Assurance and Testing: You write unit tests, perform integration testing, and ensure that AEM solutions meet quality standards. You also work with the QA team to validate content, workflows, and custom features.

  • Collaboration: You collaborate with cross-functional teams such as product managers, designers, marketers, and back-end developers to deliver innovative solutions that align with business goals and user needs.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • At least 1 year of hands-on experience in front-end development using  Javascript, HTML, and CSS.

  • 
Strong debugging and problem-solving skills with a focus on front-end development.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.

  • 
High attention to detail with a focus on writing clean and maintainable code

Additional skills or experience that would be beneficial but aren’t strictly necessary:

  • Proficient in AEM development, including component, template, and workflow development. Strong knowledge of Java, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3 for front-end development

  • Experience with Git, GitHub, GitLab

  • Experience with RESTful APIs and integrating AEM with third-party systems and services.
