We are hiring a Software Developer to build and maintain the systems our traders and quantitative researchers use every day. You will work across our trading platform, write performance-critical code in C++ and Python, and own features end-to-end from design to production.
What you'll do
• Design, develop, test, and maintain components of our trading and research platform
• Write low-latency, high-throughput code in C++ and Python
• Build internal tools and infrastructure used directly by traders and quant researchers
• Diagnose and resolve issues in live production trading systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams — traders, researchers, and other engineers — on project delivery
• Profile, benchmark, and optimize hot paths in production code
Requirements
Must have
• 1 – 3 years of professional experience building production software systems
• Strong proficiency in C++ and Python
• Hands-on experience with multithreading and multiprocessing
• Solid grasp of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Comfort working in Linux environments
• Genuine interest in financial markets and algorithmic trading
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (any graduate considered for exceptional candidates)
Nice to have
• Experience building latency-sensitive or systems-level applications
• Exposure to network programming, sockets, or kernel-bypass stacks
• Prior work in quantitative finance, trading, or market data systems
• Contributions to open-source systems projects
