Note: These positions are part of an active proposal effort and are contingent upon contract award.
Overview
DarkStar Intelligence is seeking highly skilled Software Developers to design, implement, and deliver advanced cyber capabilities in support of MARFORCYBER missions. These roles are the backbone of our tool development effort, focused on building secure, resilient, and mission-ready solutions. Candidates must bring strong coding expertise, experience with DevSecOps practices, and adaptability to cross-functionally support planning, testing, and cloud development tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop software capabilities to meet operational CNO requirements.
  • Implement secure coding practices to minimize vulnerabilities.
  • Support Agile/DevSecOps workflows, including GitLab/Jenkins CI/CD pipelines.
  • Collaborate with researchers, testers, and DevSecOps engineers to integrate capabilities across the kill chain.
  • Participate in unit, integration, and operational testing.
  • Provide technical documentation and support for Operational Acceptance.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI Poly
  • Education/Experience: 5+ years professional experience in software development; proficiency in C, C++, Python, Rust, or Go
  • Training/Certification: Experience with secure development practices, vulnerability mitigation, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with Agile/DevSecOps practices and automated testing frameworks
Desired Qualifications
  • Prior experience with cyber tool development for USCYBERCOM, MARFORCYBER, or other DoD/IC customers
  • Exposure to reverse engineering, fuzzing, or exploitation frameworks
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • CNODP graduate
