Barbaricum is seeking a Software Configuration Manager to provide support to a customer within Naval Surface Center – Crane Division. This individual will be responsible for conducting audits, summarizing open issues, and validating solutions for configuration management plans.

 

This position does allow for a hybrid schedule, with 1-2 days per week of telework authorized.

Responsibilities

  • Execute the collection of records/data, facilitate the quality review process, and conduct all required annual audits
  • Participate in all internal and external audits and maintain all derived action items within the tracking system
  • Responsible for summarizing any open issues from previous test events and validating the presence of a solution in further iterations of testing
  • Review all configuration management plans and activities 
  • Building requirement documents and mapping it out to specific policies

Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret clearance
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 5+ years of experience in configuration management support
