We are looking for a Data Analyst to transform data into actionable insights that support business and operational decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to monitor performance, identify trends, and drive continuous improvement through data analytics.
What You'll Do- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various business and manufacturing systems.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs using Power BI or similar tools.
- Identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities through data analysis.
- Support stakeholders with data-driven recommendations and insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reporting reliability.
- Contribute to digitalization and process improvement initiatives.
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI/Tableau, and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Python or R is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience in manufacturing or semiconductor industry is preferred.

Skills Required
- 5+ years experience in Semiconductor Back End factories (operations, SW engineering, Automation)
- Experience in factory automation: software-driven automation, AI controller, IoT controller, remote command center, SCADA
- Experience improving OEE, yield, and implementing predictive quality and predictive maintenance
- Deep experience with factory connectivity: SECS/GEM, TCP/IP, PLC, file-based integrations
- Deep programming experience: Python, Pyspark, .NET, delta.io/Delta Lake, Oracle DB, SQL, SparkQL, application development
- Proven stakeholder management and ability to ideate and build consensus across multi-stakeholder environments
- Experience using quality tools such as Lean Six Sigma and DoE
- Deep expertise in remote command center solutions and SCADA operations
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering
- Experience in large-scale automation projects and ability to mentor diverse teams
- Excellent command of English, strong analytical and presentation skills
