What You'll Do
As Droxi’s Software Architect, you’ll be at the forefront of driving our technical strategy. You’ll take ownership over the design of a secure, scalable, cloud-native system, while remaining deeply involved in hands-on implementation, coaching, and decision-making. You’ll work closely with R&D leadership and cross-functional teams to shape our engineering practices and deliver impactful, high-performance solutions for the healthcare domain.
Requirements
We are seeking a seasoned and hands-on Software Architect to lead the architecture and technical direction of Droxi’s SaaS platform. The ideal candidate will be a strong technical leader who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is passionate about building scalable, maintainable, and secure cloud-native solutions.
Who You Are
Core Technical Requirements:
- Extensive experience in SaaS architecture, particularly in cloud-native environments.
- Strong expertise in AWS services and cloud infrastructure design, with a solid understanding of cost optimization, scalability, and resilience.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s) for orchestration and containerized deployment strategies.
- Proficiency in Python, including deep knowledge of Python best practices, clean code principles, and software engineering methodologies.
- Proven ability to drive observability and traceability, including implementation and integration of monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, and distributed tracing systems.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, with experience designing and maintaining automated workflows that ensure high code quality and rapid delivery.
- Experience designing and integrating AI/LLM-based components into scalable SaaS platforms, with a solid understanding of prompt engineering, inference patterns, and model lifecycle management.
- Familiarity with AWS Bedrock, Anthropic Claude, and similar foundation model platforms, including considerations around cost, performance, security, and responsible AI use.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, and ability to collaborate with and guide DevOps engineers to ensure alignment between development and operations.
Methodology & Leadership Skills:
- Demonstrated leadership in defining and implementing clean architecture patterns and maintaining code quality across engineering teams.
- Ability to elevate the technical capabilities of the development team through mentorship, code reviews, and hands-on guidance.
- Experience leading security architecture and compliance efforts, working closely with security officers (e.g., CISO) to shape and enforce security posture across infrastructure and code.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Product, DevOps, QA, and Executive stakeholders.
- Experience in highly regulated or enterprise-grade environments is a plus.

Work Environment & Location
At Droxi, we value flexibility and collaboration. Our office is conveniently located in Ramat Gan, just a 2-minutes walk from Savidor train station, making it easily accessible. We generally prefer to work from the office three times a week to foster team collaboration and connection, but we’re open to discussing arrangements that work best for you.
