Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Software Architect to design and oversee the technical standards of our

organization’s software systems. In this role, you will ensure that our software solutions align with both

business requirements and technological capabilities. You will develop architectural blueprints that guide

development teams, evaluate emerging technologies, and make recommendations for adoption. As a key

leader, you will collaborate with various departments to balance technical excellence with practical

constraints, making critical decisions that influence the long-term success of our software initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and establish the technical architecture of software systems to ensure alignment with business goals and technological capabilities.
• Develop comprehensive architectural blueprints and documentation to guide development teams throughout the software lifecycle.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (development, operations, product management) to ensure technical solutions meet business needs while balancing practical constraints.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies, recommending tools, frameworks, and platforms that enhance system performance and scalability.
• Provide leadership in making critical decisions regarding software architecture, including design patterns, technology choices, and system integrations.
• Review and ensure the quality of code and system components, adhering to best practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks.
•  Mentor and guide development teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and technical excellence.
• Proactively address technical challenges and provide solutions that optimize system reliability, scalability, and maintainability.
• Communicate architectural decisions and rationale to key stakeholders and leadership to ensure alignment and support for the software strategy.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Architect, with a deep understanding of software design, development, and system integration.

• Strong expertise in software architecture patterns, frameworks, and best practices.

• Experience designing scalable, secure, and high-performance software systems.• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams, balancing technical and business priorities.

• Deep knowledge of various programming languages, frameworks, and development tools.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud-native architectures.

• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Proven leadership abilities in guiding and mentoring development teams.
