Lead Software Architect (.NET) and People Lead

• In a dual role as Architect and People Lead (distribution: 80% architect / 20% people lead), you combine your technical career and leadership expertise.

• As a team leader in the "Software Excellence" practice in Bulgaria, you are part of Zühlke's leadership team. With enthusiasm and passion, you are an enabler, coach, and first point of contact for your team members.

• You are responsible for engineering purpose-built business applications for international clients. You'll be involved in the whole lifecycle of taking an idea from building to going live with a product.

• You take over the technical management of teams from kick-off to rollout and are in close contact with the project management.

• Through your leadership skills, you win over, inspire, and mobilise your team and customers alike.

• You embrace AI as an opportunity to create software in a better way.

What’s Important to Us

• You have practical experience with the design of software systems, following a methodological approach, using concepts like DDD and hexagonal architecture.

• Ideally, you already have leadership experience and see yourself as an inspiring leader and coach.

• With your university degree in computer science, you have acquired valuable knowledge in modern software engineering.

• You have practical experience with full-stack development in the .NET ecosystem. You are experienced in modern web development frameworks like React or Angular.  You have a DevOps mindset and understand high code quality and automated testing as crucial.

• You are learning and success-oriented. You are motivated to achieve ambitious goals in a team and to be in direct contact with the customer.

• You speak fluent English.

• You are ready to travel to clients in countries like Switzerland and Germany for a few days a month.
