We are looking for a Software Architect with deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud-native architectures, and high-load platforms. You will drive architectural decisions, design scalable and resilient solutions, and influence the technical direction of complex AdTech products.
Since 2008, the AdTech Business Unit has partnered with established industry leaders and innovative startups across the programmatic advertising ecosystem, covering SSPs, DSPs, RTB infrastructure, analytics, identity frameworks, and privacy-first solutions. At Sigma Software, you will work alongside experienced AdTech professionals, contribute to strategic architecture and pre-sales initiatives, and help shape next-generation advertising technology by leveraging the unit’s strong expertise in AI-driven solutions.
PROJECT
You will join Stellar, Sigma Software’s dedicated AdTech Business Unit, where over 300 experts collaborate with global companies and innovative startups to create advanced advertising technology solutions. In this role, you will focus on designing scalable AdTech architectures, driving technical strategy, and supporting business growth while working closely with engineering teams, Customers, and business stakeholders.

Job Description- Define and drive the architecture of scalable AdTech solutions and distributed cloud platforms across multiple initiatives
- Own architectural decisions and define technical direction aligned with business objectives and long-term product strategy
- Lead technical discovery, architecture assessments, and solution design activities
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-proof technical solutions
- Drive technical pre-sales activities, including customer presentations, architecture workshops, solution proposals, estimations, and Proofs of Concept (PoCs)
- Showcase Sigma Software’s AdTech expertise to prospective clients and support new business opportunities
- Identify opportunities to expand existing customer engagements through technology consulting and architecture advisory
- Establish architectural standards, governance principles, and engineering best practices across projects
- Guide engineering teams on architecture implementation, scalability, performance optimization, and distributed systems design
- Evaluate emerging technologies, including AI-driven solutions, and recommend innovative approaches
- Mentor engineers and support technical knowledge sharing across teams
- At least 7 years of commercial software development experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in architecture or technical leadership roles
- Strong hands-on expertise in at least two of the following technologies: Golang, Rust, Node.js, C++
- Proven experience designing high-load, low-latency distributed systems and cloud-native architectures
- Strong understanding of microservices architecture, messaging systems, caching, and API design principles
- Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and etc.
- Production environments on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Experience with REST APIs, gRPC, WebSockets, and event streaming technologies such as Kafka, Kinesis, or Pub/Sub
- Experience participating in customer-facing technical consulting and pre-sales activities
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work independently and drive technical initiatives in fast-paced environments
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English

- Commercial experience in the AdTech domain
- Knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystems, including SSPs, DSPs, AdServers, Header Bidding, OpenRTB, Prebid, and VAST
- Understanding of Real-Time Bidding systems and auction mechanics
- Experience with mobile advertising ecosystems for iOS and Android
- Experience designing SDKs, APIs, libraries, or integration frameworks
- Familiarity with advertising analytics, fraud detection, consent management, and real-time data processing solutions
- Understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and privacy-first architectures
