Job Description

Your influential mission. You will...

  • Create analysis documentation based on business requirements, focusing on transaction processing, financial and tax reporting, and regulatory compliance.
  • Describe and document the functionality of existing software systems.
  • Collaborate with external stakeholders and the development team throughout the software development lifecycle.
  • Support product-related inquiries and assist in updating unit work processes and documentation.
  • Work closely with product managers, senior analysts, developers, and account managers to deliver high-quality solutions

Qualifications

  • Hold a university degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Accounting (or possess equivalent experience).
  • Bring at least 2 years of experience as a Software Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst.
  • Have experience with financial accounting and data analysis (a strong plus), along with an understanding of financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet), general ledger logic, and system architecture.
  • Demonstrate ability to write and understand queries, manage databases, and apply SQL skills.
  • Possess a foundational understanding of Java or other programming languages, with the ability to read and interpret code.
  • Exhibit excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
  • Adopt a proactive, systematic, and empathetic approach to problem-solving.
  • Feel comfortable running meetings and translating requirements between stakeholders and developers.
  • Thrive under pressure and maintain composure in challenging situations.
  • Possess strong proficiency in written and spoken English; knowledge of Estonian is a plus.
