From our office in Zwijnaarde (Ghent), we’re looking for a Sofico Intelligence Sales Lead who’s eager to contribute to bringing SOFICO Intelligence to market, growing revenue across existing enterprise customers, and shaping a repeatable commercial approach for our new AI-powered product line.
What you’ll do...
- Grow SOFICO Intelligence revenue across existing enterprise customers.
- Build account plans and forecasts together with Key Account Managers.
- Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities within existing accounts.
- Lead customer discovery, business cases, proposals, pricing and negotiations.
- Engage with senior stakeholders across business, IT, data, security and procurement.
- Translate customer feedback into product and roadmap input.
- 5+ years of enterprise software sales experience with complex, consultative deals.
- Experience in a specialist or overlay sales role.
- Experience selling AI, analytics, machine learning or big data solutions.
- Proven track record of growing existing enterprise accounts.
- Strong understanding of data, integrations and data-driven products.
- Excellent English and willingness to travel 20–30% for customer meetings.
- Strong commercial, consultative and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in telematics, fleet, leasing or automotive finance.
- Experience selling to banks, captives or lessors.
- Additional European language skills.
- Experience taking an early-stage product from market definition to a repeatable commercial motion.
