We’re on the lookout for a Social Project Manager who lives and breathes digital, has a sharp eye for branding, and thrives in a fast-paced agency environment. • Have a deep understanding of brand strategy and the digital space, ensuring innovative, high-impact results that align with our clients' business goals.
• Experience in content production from a project management perspective—coordinating teams, timelines, and deliverables rather than hands-on production.
• Bring a solid digital skillset across web, e-commerce, content production, campaigns, and social media while staying ahead of emerging trends.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships while managing expectations and ensuring top-tier service delivery.
• Stay on top of budgets, schedules, resources, and execution, ensuring smooth processes and top-quality outcomes.
• Connect the dots between clients, internal teams, and external partners to keep everyone aligned and projects flowing seamlessly.
• Work with international teams and high-profile clients, bringing people together to create outstanding work.
• Thrive in a hands-on culture and be ready to own your projects and clients from start to finish.
• Think solution-oriented and keep a cool head in fast-paced situations.
• 2-3+ years of agency and/or project management experience working with high-profile brands.
• Deep understanding of digital platforms, social media, and content strategies.
• A natural ability to lead projects and manage clients with confidence and ease.
• Fluent in German and excellent English Language skills. 
• A proactive, hands-on mindset that gets things done.
