What You'll Do:
- Manage Performance: Support our team in driving results across Paid Social & Programmatic including traditional and video.
- Strategic Optimization: Utilize advanced techniques for campaign planning, optimization, and analysis.
- Team Collaboration: Lead and mentor junior team members while collaborating closely with the Account Director.
- Drive Innovation: Embrace opportunities for new and creative strategies to enhance performance.
- Present with Confidence: Share insights and results with internal teams and external stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in paid social and programmatic platforms.
- Strategic understanding of the digital ecosystem.
- Strong team management skills, including direct line management of juniors.
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for presenting with clarity and authority.
- A commitment to identifying cross-channel efficiencies and implementing best practices.
